By accessing or using Apex Invoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use Apex Invoice to create and manage invoices, clients, payments, and financial reports for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Multi-user access is governed by the account administrator for your business.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
The Service, including its design and branding, is the property of Apex Invoice. Your invoice and business data remains your property.
Apex Invoice is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
